Lonsdale aren't high impact so not really supportive enough for early post op...the shock absorber run bra was the best for me hun x

i would agree, although i have worn lonsdale from day 1 i dont think it was the best for support.

No id say for first 14 days as that's when everything is setting after that you should be alright to downgrade the support!!

I found shock absorbers a bit to tight and a bit painful early on so got good old Sainsburys £5 ones and they were great. xxx

I have got the m&s zip front one too in a 36 E but it feels so tight! but my other 34 E bras feel fine. Im finding alot of the bands are rubbing on my cuts even with the sanitary towel in there :( x
