Hey Honey's i'm home.
I'm sat here waiting to hear if my surgery is going to be cancelled!
I got a text from my PCC yesterday whilst still on holiday, telling me that my Dr's surgery doesn't have any record of some blood test results i've had done. The nurse says they won't go ahead without them. I've spoke to my PCC and the other option is to change surgeon yet again, and postpone until monday, but even that's not certain.
My head's in bits.

Oh hun, i really feel for you. My op got cancelled when i had just come back from Hols to. fingers crossed they find them and your op goes ahead xx

What were you asked for in connection with your op beforehand?

I have only so far been asked for my bp reading...

Oh no that's awful, especially so close to boobie day. I hope something gets sorted for tomorrow and if it doesn't then it wasn't meant to be this time.
how annoying tho as you'll just be getting mentally ready as well all the other arrangements xx

Still waiting for the phone call hun's.
The results they wanted was for sickle cell, which i was tested for 21 yrs ago when i was pregnant and Thalassaemia which i was told i was tested for in May. But it turns out the hospital decided they didn't need to do the test because all my other bloods came back normal. I thought i'd been tested so when i was asked at my pre op i told nurse that i was negitive.
I've had a call from my GP telling me my hospital records from yrs ago were no longer available!
