can anyone recommend a supportive sports bra that u cant see ur nipples poking through (coz i m going to take someones eye out with these bad boys lol ) it would be nice if it was a similar shape to the macom as i can wear a vest top over that xxx

I brought 6 from sports direct as they were £6 each. They are Lonsdale ones and come in loads of colours. They are quite thick and I was sunbathing in them at the weekend. If they were see through I wouldn't have bothered! Only negative is that they slip over ur head but I've have used these since day 1 and haven't been that difficult to get in and out off.

I got the lonsdale ones too....i like them! nice sports bra but almost sexy looking lol....and you can wear them under lower cut tops....
I pull mine up from the bottom Bum Wiggle ....then do them up...

thanks i will go and have a look at them at the weekend they sound ideal! coz i cant cope with the embaressing nipple situation for another, god knows how many weeks lol xxx

If you have nipples that could cut glass you may find slipping breast feeding pads or just cotton wool pads in your bra can hide them and protect your modesty.
