Are they always erect and really stick out or do they eventually go soft again?

hiya hun, i believe more often than not they are very sensitive post op but do eventually settle down again x

That's a relief. Wouldn't fancy being like one of those women with the smokin nipples like in the Austin Powers movie.

The sensation/feeling in your nips after BA isnt as good.. mine pop out more than they did before aswell x

That is prob a gd thing for me. Mine are very sensitive now could do with some desensitising.

Do they stick out that much that they are always noticeable?

Hi hun, my nipples were sticking out a lot to start with but now they are fine, they haven't changed much from pre-op.... they haven't even stretched that much. I haven't got the sensitivity back yet (especially in the left) and I hope it comes back but my ps says it can take 6 months to a year for that!

Hi Jemmy!! I had more nipple than boob before...now the opposite, however, I do not know who the smokin women in AUSTIN Powers is.. but I would describe mine for the first six weeks like boobs with 'sparklers 'on the end that ignited at will!!! Shifty
Oh! just why to I answer these posts? we do get some weird thoughts Shifty Hysterical Flash

p.s. they have settled now, but as they stretched they do need some sort of nipple covering or they could be mistaken for an extra pair of eyes on the wrong part of your body Shifty xx

Mine are completely back to normal, the sensitivity is like before and they are soft when im warm etc x

hahah mia, your funny, u should defo check it out, it'll make you giggle!!! Its realy funny someone mentioned this post as I was just thinking yesterday that my nips are feeling extremely sensitive now and they never did before, in fact before the op I thought they were normally quite numb, lol.
I quite like it tho, hahahaha, xxx
