Re: streched in my sleep
Aww yes it will end fifi! I promise!
I stretched a little in my sleep but the worst thing I did was when I was driving about 2 weeks after my op. I was reversing out of a parking space so stretched right round to see out of the back window without thinking...OUCH! I thought I'd ripped my stitches or something but everything was still in place when I examined myself and my incisions are so tiny now so i can't have done too much damage!

Re: streched in my sleep
Awww hun, morning boob is awful isn't it It does settle down though... One day soon you're gonna wake up and not even realise it's not there anymore. You just have to take your recovery a day at a time fifi, but it does all settle and you will be able to enjoy your new boobs with no discomfort.
Any stretching will make your boobs ache whilst you're recovering fifi. If you're stretching whilst you're asleep though there isn't a whole lot you can do about that is there?
Is seems when you do stretch though that your own body is waking you telling you your boobs have had enough, so that's a good thing.
You should be fine though fifi, yes you may have some discomfort for a couple of days until your boobs recover and then it should go, if not, maybe give your surgeon a call and have your boobs checked over. xx

Re: streched in my sleep
Aw hun it is awful but it will end soon. Worst days are behind you which is the good news.
Re: streched in my sleep
I'd wake pretty early even though I didn't intend on getting up for a bit so I'd usually run downstairs and grab an ice pack out of the freezer and go back to bed with it. When I was finally ready to get up and washed etc morning boob wasn't as bad.
It does get better though, its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you're feeling discomfort and sleeping propped up etc, but day by day it will ease off and so soon enough you'll be able to fully appreciate your new boobies! x

Re: streched in my sleep
I can only offer advice on the morning boob thing...I can't remember exactly what day mine ended, but I know it was around a week-ish? It was literally there one day and not the next, but you won't notice it isn't there kind of thing! But the relief when you do realize you have woken up a few days in a row with no discomfort is fabulous! And it will alllllll be worth it i'm sure :) xxx
