Icky question - who's in the same boat?
I'm 4 days post-op and it's been 4 days since I've had to go #2 (if you get my drift)! I'm sure you can imagine how big my belly is! I am not looking forward to the time it all has to come out! It's going to be a painful one! Especially since I've gained a hemorrhoid from both my pregnancies! Not looking forward to it at all!

Try a gentle laxative like senakot or natural remedies like prune juice etc

Will give prune juice and apricots a go! What has also worked before is kiwi! But I'm dreading the moment!!

Be careful with the amount of prune juice you have, my bf said I had to drink a full bottle for it to work and I kid you not my 'toilet needs' lasted from 830am-1130pm and my stomach was still rumbling at that time but I had to eat a dry weetabix and ignore it to get some sleep. Can't say it didn't work well though!
Also think I may not have taken into consideration the amount of fruit I had been digesting since my op either when I decided I needed to neck the full bottle, as I've been juicing fruit 3 times a today...in all I'd had 4 oranges, 3 apples, 1 lemon, 1/2 tub of strawberries, 1/2 tub of cherries and a handful of mint a day, not mention the usual veg with meals....

Senna is really good to help you get going. Being mobile is also the best way forward too. So be sure you're up and moving about now as much as you can. If you feel up to it, get yourself up and out for a walk, it will help you go to the toilet and will generally help you feel better all round too. xx
