i feel exactly the same as you - monday i felt so sick with nerves as i had to pay my final balance but today i feel excited so its a rollercoaster of emotions that we will feel over the next week or so! eek!

im having mine done locally in milton keynes through transform and my surgeon is mr mashhaddi (i dont think anyone on this forum has had him so far), what about you hun? xx

I am so scared... I had all my paperwork form Spire today with my admission time of 07.30am!! I hope that means I'll be done early as I cant bear a whole day of getting more and more nervous.

5 stone down- that's great! I didn't get admitted till 1pm so spent all morning pacing around! Once I got there everything was very quick- I was at BMI Shelburne but I'm sure yours will be very similar. Had the boyfriend to help yesterday- he's just gone to work so I'm currently stuck in bed- literally! Until one of my sisters wakes up! X x

5stonedown - im sure you will be scheduled for the morning hun - im a 7:30am admission too so fingers crossed we are both early on in the list

The hospital was great- everyone was very friendly and I had everything I wanted at the touch of a button- was a bit like being in a hotel! I'm currently at home recuperating- on day 2 post op very swollen and tight but have been up and out of bed just had a tentative walk around the garden. I have been keeping on top of my pain meds this morning was very painful when I woke up as everything had worn off. I did manage a full nights sleep sitting quite upright which was good- I did take a sleeping tablet which helped. I'm finding eating tough as I have no appetite and feel a bit nauseous when I eat- probably all the pain meds. Haven't 'been' since before the op as well but I think that's very common- have been eating prunes to no avail! Really hoping the tightness is going to ease over the next couple of days as its pretty uncomfortable and can't reach anything! All in all it's totally bearable just a little frustrating and sore. When is your op? Are you having overs or unders? X

im glad your experience at the hospital was great, the BMI clinics are very much like hotels - makes you feel a bit more at home.

most of the ladies on here have said that day 2-3 is the worst so hopefully after tomorrow you will start to feel much better hun , its fab that you have managed to sleep well in the upright position that i what im not looking foward to as i love my sleep and know im going to have trouble sleeping once im less drowsy.

not looking forward to the buddha belly either!

my op is on the 17th, im having 340 hp overs and a lollypop lift(not a full one though) i havnt really thought about the pain afterwards yet as im too pre-occupied with making it to the clinic and onto that operating table! im sure il be in for a bit of pain afterwards especially as il have more incisions to heal but im sure it will be worth it to have wicked boobies again!

the thing is i know im worrying about nothing and like most of the ladies on here will wonder what i was making such a fuss about once its all done! i feel very sorry for the nurses / anesthetists and my OH that are going to have to deal with me on the day! hee hee il probably be really embaressed afterwards xx

Not been on for a few days! Glad things have gone well for you so far katsrj86 and summersunshine and KS4111! Your updates are reassuring to say the least! Although I'm starting to freak out a little now!! Eek!

Don't be worried Casa you will be just fine! How is everyone getting along with their new boobies!? Day three for me today and still a complete invalid but have stopped the codeine been for a v slow little walk am able to get up easier and even had a (albeit minimal) toilet trip!
Everything is still sore and boobs still are immovable rocks! However feel better In myself and nice to lose the Buddha belly a little. Upright sleeping is v hard tho- v pillow a must!
Ks4, Kat and Bouncy how are you? Hope your all recovering well. Are any of you struggling with your appetite? I keep feeling nauseas as soon as I chow down!
Nothing else to report so I suppose all going well! Love to all those recovering and ladies going in soon it ain't that bad! X x x x

I just can't believe it's come round so fast! My op is on Monday, scheduled for 2pm! Having 310cc overs. I can't wait to have boobies but the usual nerves about the op, GA, being in a hospital, etc are there! I'm sure (and deep deep down I know) it will all be fine!!!

ive not struggled with pain at all tbh, been achy bt made sure i havent used my arms to anything more than lift a unfilled kettle (well 2 brews worth of water) lol

If you have breastfed it feels just like when your milk comes through...

I have a nerve that hurts in my left boob when i cough or hiccup but other than that, I didnt need painkillers from day 3, only really stiff and very tight, my nips dont look very nice but I will have my dressing changed on thursday then start with my picture trail. The only problem for me is sleeping, the buddha belly and not being regular

Dont worry, stay positive and just think of the afterwards xxx
