Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
Hiya girlies, just thought I would drop by and say hello :)
Am back to work since Monday, feeling tired still, not sleeping great. I had my strapping off and had a look and they were lovely. Healing well so thats good. Have been told I could lay on my side so have been trying the last couple of days. Although paranoid they will dislodge so having to do side/back laying still.
They were a bit sore this morning and are still now, nipples look dry, can I put cream on them yet? dont want to touch them haha. Can they get a little bit more tender after 2 weeks? They also feel a little bit different, maybe softer?
Any feedback would be great.
Your all so helpful.

How did you find Transform Twinkle?
Maybe I should call my nurse and ask whether I can use cream yet?
Also I have a bit of discomfort under one armpit, is this normal as well?
Sorry for all the questions.
Such a great site, knowing this is here is a godsend xx

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
Oops ive used a tiny bit of cocoa butter on the top of my boobs, no where near my incisions though. Do u think thats alright?
I had a slight bit of discomfort near my arm pit the first 2 days, its apparently where there are a lot of never endigs so it should be fine so long as it settles after a while. But obv everyone heals at different rates so u could give ur nurse a ring just to be sure.
Also im gettin sooo fed up and frustrated with sleepin on my back. Its so uncomfy and i constantly wake up in the night to either shuffle back up or straighten myself out again. Cant wait to be able to lay on my side again!!!!
Sorry for the rant, just annoyin me lol xxx

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
haha its totally understandable. I have been told I can sleep on side after 2 weeks now and its still uncomfy im afraid. Still keep waking up in the night. Worried boobs will come out of socket if stay on side too long haha
I have got a lot of sensations going on all over so thats probably a good thing. I so cant remember all of this from before, totally went into it not even thinking about how long this is going to take to get back to normal.
still glad i did it though, liking the size already, bigger than before :)

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
I had a bit of discomfort under my armpit at first I think its from doing too much with your arms and maybe because of swelling I'm not sure I havnt had it in a few days but I have been quite lucky pain wise so it may still be normal at 2 weeks or you may be overdoing it reaching abit. Yeah ask if you can use it if you like hun I am going to 2moro. I found them really good I got a call one day post op checking how I was then a card of off patient coordinator 2 days post op then the nurse rang me 3 days post op to check I was ok and check I had the numbers for If I had any questions or if they're was an emergency and everything

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
Well I called the nurse but havent got back to me yet. The pain under my armpit has gone funnily enough so thats ok now. Just the question of the dry nipples if anybody knows?

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
If you've just had a BA and have no nipple incision you'll be fine to use moisturiser on your nipples babe. They get so dry and sore don't they. So if there's no incision on/around the areola, just pop some cocoa butter or bio oil on them hun, there's no reason whatsover not long, just as long as like I said, you have no incisions there. Don't use anything near any incisions as they are still prone to infection, but the rest of the breast are no problem at all. xx
Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
Great thanks for that, was getting a bit worried, only saw them this morning. The incision was below on the crease so totally fine. Will put some on tonite when I get home.

Wonder why the nurse told me I couldn't, maybe she didn't understand what I meant xx

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
I dunno Twinkle??? With the nipples being away from the incision I can't think of a single reason why you'd be told not to and you're the first I've heard being told this too lovely xx
Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
I know I think maybe she thought I meant the incisions even though I did try to make it clear xx

Yeah so did I mainly because it was handwritten I would expect it to be a letter typed on the computer and printed out for everyone automatically them someone just pops it in an envelope, its not something I expected at all to be honest xx

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
I agree with cookie xx as long as there are no incisions around the nipples or anywhere near them, crack on with the moisturiser

Re: Hi ladies, 2 weeks nearly over
I asked my nurse today about using cocoa butter on my breasts and she said yes I will have to do that everyday for the rest of my life now because skin gets very dry with implants but I forgot to mention that the nurse said I shouldn't use it on them like a numpty so I guess we will never know lol xx
