im 5 weeks post op when can i go on a sunbed
im 5 weeks post op scars are closed no stitches and was wondering if any one knew when i could start going on the sunbed again :)

I'd give yourself another week lovely, then most get the all clear to back on sunbeds. Do cover the entire breast area at first though because with the skin being newly stretched it will ultra sensitive and will probably burn very quickly. Also your scars will need to be covered and shielded away from the sun/sunbeds for one year, this is because your scars are at risk of pigmentation (going brown) if exposed to the sun/sunbed. xx

thanks misses :) , much appreciated dont like the idea of scars going brown that doesn't sound good not when there healing so nicely now i had the areola incision and you cant even see the scars :) xx

If you're scars are around the areola, do be very careful to protect them babe, like you say, the last thing you'd want is for them to become visible after them healing so well. Happy tanning! xx
