Yes after two weeks you are allowed to start side sleeping if you feel comfortable to do so... Some rolled up socks inbetween your boobs may help you feel more supported xx

It's really bad isn't it Hun, I hate it with a vengeance. I can't say that I'm ever comfy... I've got a little wheatie which I heat in the microwave and place at base of my back...... My godd it feels good.......  Best thing ever......
I can't wait to get back to normal with my sleep. Not though I'm the greatest at sleeping anyway but this is testing.....xx

It really is best to follow your surgeons advice on side sleeping hun! Some say as soon as you feel comfortable, some say 6 weeks, I was on my back for 3 months

Depends on swelling and how comfortable you feel, a v pillow really helps .

There are some tips and tricks our dear cookie recommends for back sleeping, a rolled up towel in the small of your back and a pillow under your knees. Use a hot water bottle also in the small of your back for some heat relief x

So pleased you are allowed to sleep on your side tonight hun - I was so happy when I could.

Make sure you have loads of pillows and play around with laying them in different ways to get comfy.  I tend to cuddle one arm of my V-pillow x

Yes def, treat yourself, I found wearing a good sports bra in bed was enough support for me to lay on my side, :) x
