a little baffling
Sorry mods wasn't sure where to post this.
So earlier today I had a message from MYA holborn asking me to call them, never been there in my life and only realised thats what she was saying when I came home from work and looked online. She wasn't very clear and I couldn't make out what she was saying.
Anyway she didn't leave a number so I'm in work panicking now that 3years on these a problem with my implants or something as you do. Couldn't do much in work plus I don't want people knowing about my BA so I wait till I get home.
So I rang the call centre and explained what happened they put me though and the repectionist says they made an error and it must have been that the nurse who was calling me had called the wrong person!
Well I think this is terrible, not only how did they not realise I had my BA 3years ago but they could of given me someones information or vise versa. I know mistakes happen but if a bank did that they'd be hell to pay!
I don't wanna scare anyone I was just so baffled. The admin was and still is rubbish there!

Re: a little baffling
Hmmm MYA seem a little incompetent really, first a clinic losing a camera with pre/post op pics and then calling the wrong patient.
Maybe they should send their staff to take part in some new training... Or at the very least let them do a Google search to find out what the Data Proection Act is! X

Awww I can just imagine how you felt lovely, I'd have felt the same too given more and more women are finding out they have PIPs now xx
I'll move this to the breast aug section for you lovely. Any 'boobie talk' goes in that bit
Really glad it was just a mistake though, but like you say, its a bit incompetent of the nurse not to have read through your notes first before calling xx

Yes, it was a while ago. There should be a thread on here somewhere... You'll find it depending how good your searching skills are! x

Just realised I said "lost" when I meant stolen... But none the less... I wouldn't leave my phone unlocked on a table for fear of boobie pics being leaked into the wrong hands...never mind a camera with pictures of patients!x
