Clothes after op...
This sounds like a fairly dumb question even while i'm writing it...
But post-oppers, did you find that many of your clothes didn't fit after?!
I am currently an 8-10 in tops/ dresses etc depending on where I shop, but I can get into size 6's in some places thanks to my huge lack of boobies at the minute
I know some of my things will actually just not go over once the new additions arrive! But did you find a lot of stuff didn't fit after or looked totally wrong etc?

I haven't had to buy any new clothes, it all still fits me . I do have a preference for stretch clothes, and I got 240cc though xxx

Hi Abbie thats not a dumb question at all. I wear a lot of dresses and tbh a lot of them did nt fit up top, some of them are button up so what I did was wear a cami underneath and created a different look, but all the tops and jumpers that are stretchy fitted much better coz I filled them !xx

Ive wondered this before so I tried lots of my clothes on while wearing rice boobs and found that things do still fit which is a relief. although I dont need an excuse to go shopping!

Re: Clothes after op...
Straight after my BA I felt awfully fat looking and like a boobie monster, once the swelling had gone down I felt totally normal!
I find that I'm more proportionate now so I haven't struggled, clothes fit nicer because I don't have to think "that will look stupid on me" like I did before. Most of my pre-BA clothes are unfitted anyway, I just have more choice now.
I did have to sell some fitted tops on eBay because there was no way they were zipping up around my new boobs haha x

Re: Clothes after op...
its not a stupid question i was going to ask the same question the other day but tried my clothes on and pushed them out as if they had big boobs in them and most of them were fine aslong as they were stretchy the only things that are stretchy but i dont think they are stretchy enough is the tops and dresses that just get held up by your boobs they have to be quite fitted so they do make them smaller so i think those you will have to try on because u dont want them suffocating ur boobs and you dont want them falling down either, so just go through your wardrobe and see how much everything stretches xx

All of my clothes still fit after surgery. I used to wear triple gel bras underneath, now I get the same effect just without the padding.

Re: Clothes after op...
Sadly I think most of my clothes have enough stretch in them
Hope not tho cause shopping & new bra shopping would just be the icing on the cake after new boobies!

Re: Clothes after op...
All my pre boob clothes fit me still but as lots of my tops were black i ditched them as they make my boobs look smaller.......they look bigger in light colours or patternd tops i think !!!x

Re: Clothes after op...
fitted coats and button up blouses didnt fit me properly after my op, not so bad for the coats cause I can wear them open if needed but lost a fair few blouses/shirts.
Re: Clothes after op...
Most of mine fit me, pre BA I seemed to think I would need a whole new wardrobe but I didn't! (dang!) I guess my new boobs just replicated the chicken fillets lol

Re: Clothes after op...
Most of my clothing still fitted, aside from cotton shirts, some dresses and my coats.
I did however find that I had to find a new style of clothing to suit my new body after my BA. Pre-BA, I'd wear clothes that floated over my figure as I wasn't happy with my shape, but Post-BA, I was then able to emphasise my curves as I looked in proportion, so bought a whole new wardrobe for the whole new me. I now find fitted clothing looks far better on me than floaty stuff which can sometimes have a tendancy to make me look fat.
I say the 'whole new me' because that's exactly how my BA affected my figure, it didn't just change the look of my breasts, it changed the whole look of my body for the better. xx
