Re: Jumping boobs????
It sounds like you have some muscle distortion Sparkly, which means that when you flex, the implant can jump as you say, if it;s just the feeling you're experiencing I'd leave it be hun. But if it's visibly jumping and you dont like how it looks then maybe speak to your surgeon about this lovely. xx

If Mr Spyrou isn't aware of the jumping babe, of course he'll think they're fine. If it does bother you though sweetie, do be sure to inform him. xx

Re: Jumping boobs????
By jumping do you mean when you flex yr muscle the boob moves?? its bit hard to explain but i can move each boob separately and both together which i couldnt do before! like men do when they are body building, i thought this was the norm so its just become my new party piece
but i feel a bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger

Yeah mine do this.
It's the muscles. When i pull doors it happens or slide the shower door open!
I havnt noticed the physical weirdness when I'm dressed!

Re: Jumping boobs????
If any of you ladies feel this has gotten to the point where it's embarrassing you, please go back and see your surgeon... There IS a solution to this problem, but it means going from unders to overs, if your surgeon feels this would be a possibility in your case, it's worth talking to them about it... No-one should be feeling embarrassed about their new boobs, especially not when something can be done to remedy that. x
Re: Jumping boobs????
Hi cookie! Sorry if this is a stupid question but pre op my ps said I don't have enough tissue for overs, but now after the skin has stretched would I now be able to accommodate overs? Sorry if that sounds dumb! X

Re: Jumping boobs????
It's possible, yes. Our other Admin nads, initially had unders and is a very slim girl with a slight frame. A classic candidate for unders She really wasn't comfortable with the muscle distortion she was having and went back to her surgeon, who agreed that overs would be the best way forward - She's never looked back! and she has great boobs!! and is much happier now the distortion has gone and with the additional movement she can get with overs too.
So if you're very unhappy Pussycat, it's definately worth having a chat with your surgeon. I'm not saying it's possible for everyone, but for some it will be.

Re: Jumping boobs????
That's really interesting. I just kind of accepted that this must be normal with unders and that I'd have to live with it.
The problem i have is whatever concerns I bring up with my ps he always has an answer for and makes it sound like I'm worrying over nothing. If I told him I was embarrassed and wanted a reop to switch to overs I think he would play it right down and make me feel like I was wasting his time. What would I need to do to get him to take me seriously? Sorry to burden you (again) cookie xxx

Re: Jumping boobs????
You're NEVER a burden Pussycat
If you think this is serious enough that it affects you as you say, then don't accept being brushed off by your surgeon. Do place lots of emphasis on how much this is effecting you.
Your surgeon will probably hear lots of times from women wondering 'why' the implants might move when they have unders, but if it's of no concern to them, then it's of no concern to your surgeon, so you really must get yourself heard.
If you still feel brushed off even after you've explained your unhapiness, embarrassment and how disturbed you are by the distortion then approach your co-ordinator and state that you'd like a second opinion sweetheart. xx

Re: Jumping boobs????
Thank you so much cookie, that's really helpful. I guess I have an issue with assertiveness! I need to be more direct because as you say if he doesn't really think I have a problem with it then why should he? Thank you x

Re: Jumping boobs????
to be honest im not to fussed i have learned to relax the muscle so they only move if i choose, but Pussycat if you are not happy than i agree with Cookie and you should speak to yr surgeon, after all you are paying him to do the job you want, he should be happy to accommodate you!

Re: Jumping boobs????
Can this still happen with overs? I've found that I can (as I've been putting it) pec dance by flexing my muscles!
Not that it embarrasses me, I just wondered if it's the same thing?x

No sweetheart, muscle distortion is one of the possibilities that can occur with unders. xx
