Best post op bra
Hi I was just wondering what bra you would recommend immediately post op. Did U opt for a cheap sports bra or a surgical bra such as a Macom. Is it worth spending almost £40 if you change sizes so quickly?
Thanks for ur opinions xx

I'm not sure I haven't had a pre op appointment yet. In 2004 I just had a m&s sports bra I think

I didn't wear a bra the first week, but I bought a Macom to wear after my one week check up. That way I didn't have to worry about cup size, plus it's so comfy I sleep with it every night. I also bought Lonsdale sports bras since they were cheap, stretchy and comfy for my first week wearing bras. When I got out and about though, I bought level 4 Shock Absorbers since they are so supportive.

Re: Best post op bra
For two weeks I had swelling and so wore a 34D. For this I bought cheap ones from Tesco for £6 and stocked up so I could wear a clean one everyday.
After my swelling went down I bought 32DD shock Absorber's from eBay... They sell new with tags at a huge discount so it's worth checking them out! The comfiest and most supportive is B109 and the run model... But generally they're all great! I can't wear my 34's now, they're so lose they ride up and rub my incisions, I wouldn't advise splashing out on pricey ones until your swelling has settled a bit.
I didn't try anything like macom so I can't say on those!x
