It basically helps support you hunni, especially food with a couple of pillows underneath as you need to stay slightly elevated while sleeping x

Re: July Buddies
Aww thanks hun I will be doing the same when your days comes, are you all prepared now? Anything you need to get or do before your day is here, I cleaned all underneath my sofa bed cot and all furniture yesterday for the dust bunnys and god knows what else u find I swear I don't know how so much gets under all those things I found £24.67 hahaha and just keeping on top of housework as much as I can so nothing really needs to be done just got to get hibiscrub and some more pillows then I have got everything I'm not sure whether having a dettol bath (which I always have anyway coz I love it) would be just as good and cheaper as I already have plenty of it and seems abit of a waste getting hibiscrub as that's the only time I need 2 use it I dunno are you getting or got hibiscrub? xx

Re: July Buddies
Its to shower with before surgery u use it the night before and in the morning but I read it was £8 for some which is quite a lot for 2 time use but I did search it on google when I first read about it and places that sell pet supplies sell it but I read that boots sell it too but that didn't come up when I searched so maybe it was the wrong one going to have a look in boots on monday I think see whether its worth it xx

I duno ile have a look tho. Thanks for the tip. Im going to have a good clean of the house n that this week and make sure all my washing is done so won't be short of anything to wear. Lol xx

All sorted and the relief is imense!! No more worrying. Touch wood and I honest to god mean this the painkillers are working, can't sleep which sucks, have had 4 hours but I feel ok!!! And my surgeon (mr Ramakrishnan) and the staff at Springfield hospital were just fantastic.....even tho th fire alarm did go off when I got heeled back to my room and I bloody missed the firemen lol!! July BA booked
Had my first consultation, got my pre-op on 16th July and surgery booked for 27th July - really nervous but also so excited! Not worried about anything other than how long I am going to have to take it easy for? Got three children and not too good at sitting around doing nothing!

Re: July Buddies
Hello hashcrelmet!! How exciting....bet you can't wait!! That time from pre op to op just flies by...good luck Hun!! If I can give you any advice, make sure you do what they tell you and rest as much as you can....have you got people around to help you look after your children?? I've been signed off for two weeks this time round and I am absolutely useless at sitting around doing nothing, but when I had my implants first time round 7 years ago I thought i knewvbest, had a few days rest, drove after 5 days etc and I suffered as a result on and off until yesterday when I had them removed and replaced ( I had PIP's) I didnt give my body time to adjust....so please please please take it easy and give your beautiful new boobies time to settle!! Xxx

Re: July Buddies
Would just like to say i can't recommend v-pillows enough. I was dreading not being able to sleep as i always sleep on my front and sometimes without a pillow! I started using my v-pillow my first night at home and i don't move all night, i fall asleep really easily and stay flat out til morning. The really are a godsend
