I didn't wear a bra the first week (five days actually because it's when I had my first check-up), after my check-up I wore the londsdale for a week. It was fine since I wasn't doing much anyhow. I ordered a couple of level 4 shock absorbers, and have been wearing these instead. I don't mind the londsdale when I'm not doing too much, like around the house on a Saturday, but I really do prefer more support, especially with having had a mastopexy.

I guess it comes down to what your comfortable with, do you feel supported enough? It's a good bra to go out with when all you can wear are sports bras and you need something lower cut though, in this case the shock absorbers won't do it, they're top high. For the record, my macom is the only bra I'm comfortable to sleep in xxx

I've been watching a sale on ebay for a macom bra. The bra I'm most comfortable in is being washed and I need to pop into town. I do have another sports bra but I don't feel that comfortable in it. I've just put my lonsdale bra on and it doesn't feel too bad, not as supported as my other one though. I do have my binder on so hopefully I'll be ok lol x
