Does everyone fluff ?
Hi girls, I have been reading a lot about fluffing on this forum and to be honest I had never heard of it before. So does it happen to everyone ? I am interested because my pip replacements were put in slightly lower than 1st ones ,surgeon had to do capsulectomy and he made the pocket lower therefore making me fuller on bottom than top, which I actually like. So if I fluff will it be at the bottom or top or both ? Hope this makes sense. Thanks girls x

Re: Does everyone fluff ?
This diagram explains fluffing perfectly -
As you can see, as the skin/muscle relaxes and allows for the implant to fall into the pocket the lower pole (bottom) will fill out, when this happens the breast protrudes forwards increasing your breast size.
Do note though that not everyone will fluff. But in all the time I've been here at BJSF (2 1/2 years) I've known only 3 women not have fluffed by the time they had a fitting at 6 weeks post-op. xxx
