Should it be a factor when trying to decide approximate post-op size?

2 people I know well, who've had it done, were both aiming for a DD and after 6-12 months they were both E/F's!

Presumably they both fluffed as their weight hasn't fluctuated.

I imagine if you start off with a DD... In a few months you would have gotten used to it & had boob greed so you would be happy with E/Fs hehe

hehehe you n boob greed, what you like?

How big do you reckon you'll go then A_B? Or should that be how big are you hoping to go?

I'm hoping to still be able to run without taking mine or anyone else's eyes out!

Well I think that everyone gets used to their size so easily. I haven't seen any women that have been unhappy that they have fluffed.

I really have no idea. Im still wearing my 36F sports bra. Im gonna go into town this weekend & get measured just so I can keep progress so see if they do actually get bigger over time. I imagine ill be around a 32G to start with but if I fluff anymore then bigger

Ok, so from reading that, if I tell the surgeon I want to be a DD/E and am that immediately post-op, then I could fluff to an F or bigger??

If so that would please hubby!!!

Not everyone fluffs up a size, but it does seem that a lot of people have done on this site. There are girls that have been measured at 6 weeks and stayed that size. It could be a factor but then again it may not?

I have definitely fluffed. Went from a 32DD/E at 6 weeks to a 32F now. I would aim for the size you want, you won't be disappointed (or I wasn't) if you fluff up a size from that later.

When you first have your op the implants can sit very high and look very fake, they look and feel a bit stuck on lol. After a few weeks they start to settle and go through lots of changes it can take weeks and months and up to a year to see the final result. Your new boobs will drop down into a more natural looking breast shape, they will soften and feel more real, during this stage they can also increase in size which is nicknamed fluffing.
