The Boobies Have Landed!!!

Woohoo!!!

So, both anaesthetist and surgeon have been to see me and remarked on what an uneventful operation it was. I'm up and about and have been told I can go for a walk around the park next to the hospital if I like, which I may just do shortly.

Boobs are swollen, obviously, shiny as snooker balls and numb... I have a smidgen of feeling on the very tip of my right nipple! Very odd having them totally numb otherwise. Pain is more than manageable... Sticking with the codine and paracetamol for now rather than superstrength as they seem to be working well.

Went with 420cc high profiles and am now being nicknamed Dolly by a few friends... Have a feeling it's gong to stick! Proper write up in diary when I'm home tomorrow.

Its an odd sensation being able to touch them and not feel them isn't it!
