Boobies have landed!
Hi girls.
I am home had my BA on Sunday and got home about 11am this morning!
Must say a lot more uncomfortable today as anathestic and drugs have worn off
But so glad they are here, happy with size but they are like 2 big cones at the moment can't wait for them to settle a bit!!

Re: Boobies have landed!
.x. ooooooooooh do they feel dead heavy?...mine were only 230ccs but found it a bit of an effort even breathing for first few days!! was really aware of the extra weight. Don't worry I couldn't do anything for a day or two, had to be helped up out of chairs and even doorhandles were impossible...had to get my mum to let me into the bathroom after about 3/4 days (i think roughly) i could kind of use my arms a little bit for stuff like that and now pretty much normal again xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Re: Boobies have landed!
Thanks girls
They feel really heavy, the thing is I find it diffucult to get up once I have been in bed for a while, very uncomfortable!!
They certainly are a funny shape and very shiney, my nipples are so pointy!! Lets hope they go down a bit before I have to go back to work!!
I was a 32B and hoping that I will be a DD. I had 465 unders.
Thanks for all your kind words

Re: Boobies have landed!
Ooh bigger than a DD really?? That would be a bonus!! I am 6ft 2" though size 10 do you still think bigger than a DD with my height?
And they are unders?
Another quick question, I have been told I can't get my dressings wet, how long for? I have sat down in bath but really want to wash my hair? Any advise appreciated :)

Re: Boobies have landed!
I was told that i could get my dressings wet but i had to pat them dry using a clean towel afterwards and then blow dry them dry using a gentle heat with the hair dryer. I was also told if im getting a bath not to get them wet at all as the bath water wouldnt be clean. Have you tried wrapping cling film round your bust when showering?? I done this at first as i was worried bout getting dressings wet and it works a treat!! xxx

Re: Boobies have landed!
I was told to avoid getting mine wet at all until my 9day check up even though they were actually waterproof dressings!!.....very strange!!! I just had shallow baths until then. Even being really careful I inevitably got them a little splashed with water when washing my upper body but it didnt really matter for mine because the white dressing themselves were covered by a totally watertight wierd plastic layer that you couldn't even get your nails under to pull it off if you tried. The nurse had to really cut me out of them because they were so sealed against my skin. As soon as they were off I was told its fine to shower normally and have been doing since.
I washed my hair at about 5 days ost-op. Did it by hanging my head over the bath and using the shower head to wet it then switching it off while I washed it then using it again to rinse etc. Was leaning right forward and only got my hair wet so that worked well althugh was a bit time consuming xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
