Help with picturetrail Grrrrrrr

Hi Ladies i set my picturetrail up about a month ago with pre ba pics, then last week i got an e-mail from them saying i now have a free account and can upgrade to a bigger one, but i haven't bothered with that, has anyone else had one of those e-mails???

But i tried to get on my account yesterday and today and its not letting me in!!! and i know im using the right user name and password, anyone any ideas what i can do?? Cheers xxx

Not too sure to be honest..... Try emailing them? or is there a forgot password button? x

just put in your user name or email. if it still doesnt work hun like kay said click the forgot password, they will then send you an email with a new one your user name should be on it
as for the new upgraded account, i have picture trail and not received one of these. maybe its a virus. xxx

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and then trying again babes?... that sometimes helps, if not Like Kay said hun, just try contacting them. xx
