Marks & Sparks sports bras
Hi ladies,
I need some advice from you great girls post op, I live in Ireland as you probably know from my profile thingy and Marks and Spencer has opened an online shop. I've looked at all the bras, delighted by the choice to be had but has anyone bought any sports bras as shown on the site and would you recommend using them? I will be investing in a Shock Absorber as my new big tots will need all the support they cab get. Thank you, I look forward to reading your opinions on this topic. :) xxxx PS my nearest store is down in Cork some 50 miles away and I will be going down after the op. xxx

Many girls recommend the M&S sports bras, I've never used them myself. I used the asda sports bras and the Z bra (post surgery bra).
Re: Marks & Sparks sports bras
I've got a couple of M&S High Impact sports bras, they are fab. I've also got a couple of their total support bras, which are very similar to the sports bra, but slightly cheaper.

I have the M&S zip front and love them. I am going to invest in the panache when I am back at the gym! xxx

Excellent, I really like the look of the bras in M&S so delighted to hear they're not all about the look but also the comfort is spot on. Thanks Jay :) xxx

hi i got this one from M&S which is really good, it feels secure as well keeps boobies in place. I bought a shockabsorber one as well so i have 2 to have a go at, as i find sometimes that my scrs hurt when i have the same bra on all night.
