Dolls!! So I'm changing profiles from moderates to High profiles I know I will have more projection so does mean I will sag?? I already had a full achor lift for the problem would hate to go thr that again..what do you think? I have my last pre-op consult with my doc tmrw afternoon of course will ask every last question I have just wondering what u girls think?

Hi can anyone advise? I had breast augmentation in November 2014 I feel my new boobs are too big for me and am bothered by asymmetry.
I'm going to see surgeon for potential revision, I have been looking at the Natrelle size chart online, its double dutch to me!! I have looked at this post and a few others and it has helped me understand but in the 4th colum what is height? Is this the height of the implant vertically?
If I have N-27-FF110-255 at the moment I assume that means I can only be cosidering the sizes which are 11cm wide?
I would just like to be a bit knowledgable before I go in! I want to get the sizing right this time and not be talked into anything I don't want.

The Natrelle 410 is an anatomical shaped implant. So it will be a different width to height, and variables therein. Projection is how far it protrudes from the body.

Your surgeon will measure your breast width diameter, which will determin how wide an implant can safely be fitted, normally within 1cm either way. So if you measure 11, he could look at 10 and 12 too. Ultimately it should ne your surgeon choosing the implant, not you, so I really wouldn't worry yourself with this chart for now. Could be that he reccomends a round implant for your reop. Speak with your surgeon, discuss your worries and what you want to achieve, and he should be able to find the best solution.

The height of the implant is the vertical measurement, if you are wanting a size chart that is easier to understand there is is this one HERE .
Hope you get on ok when you next see your surgeon & that you don't have to fight for your revision.
You were concerned pre op about the size difference & your surgeon has failed to rectify this for you , in saying to you that you didn't need two different sizes as it would be less noticeable once you had the implants is untrue as any asymmetry will often be magnified after when the same sized implants are used.
Be firm & don't let him try to fob you off.

Thanks very much girls! Gutted to have to go through all this again and so worried about geting it right this time. Mirren001 your size chart is much better than the one I had, thankyou! Its so easy to follow and understand. What you said about the asymmetry being magnified with the implants is sooooo true, its much more obvious with the implants!
Will be sure to let you all goes know how it goes.
