Support bra OR band with large overs ????
Hello girls I'm wondering will I have a bra OR band after 545cc overs or does it depend on the surgeons choice ?

It will depend on the surgeons choice, although I've never heard of a band being used for overs, I'm sure they probably have for some. I'd say it's very unlikely though.

Some surgeons, like mine, do not recommend a bra in the first week. Instead you wear dressings and big bandages to cover the scars and keep new boobs in place.
If by band you mean a fabric strap, this is not what any surgeon will be using
immediately post-op. Sometimes surgeons recommend straps after a while
if implants aren't dropping as quickly as they should. You can use a
strap both for unders and overs, but much more with unders since it's
usually the muscles that hold the implants up resisting them from
dropping.

I woke up from surgery wearing a bra with an integral band which I had to wear 24/7 for 4 hideous weeks. I have unders. Seems to have done a good job though despite feeling like I had a parachute strapped to my chest! Your ps will have their own plan.
