Yes they are a lot softer now all over, are yours?? Still a lil firm but not as hard as before. I'll put some pics up of my scars tonight as there right in the crease nerly and will need my hubbys help. I thought mine had dropped to as they don't look as high. Xxx

mine are nowhere near the crease :doh: hope that changes!!!
My left is really soft at the top, feels like a real boob. The rest is harder than boob but a lot softer than it was

Thanks Susan, Everything to do with the surgery side has gone brilliant, no pain at all beside my nipples being sensitive. The scars are healing nicely and have fallen in the crease perfectly. As you can see they started out like missiles but are slowly turning into a rounded shape. Anyone who's having a Ba I would say deffo get it done, I was worried pre op about everything you can imagine but its been 100% easier than i thought Xxx
