It would be nice to see your pics and feelings with big implants. It's a week from my surgery and I have now Natrelle Xtra HP 750cc (under). My band size is 32", height: 170cm and weight: 54kg. So far I have been so happy with this size dance

I'm 70H/HH in EU size..is it maby 32GG in UK size ?? I still hope it would come one size up Shocked Hehe!! It maby sounds big but i think this implant size suits me better than 405g!

I bet they look amazing especially as you're tall.

I am only 5ft2 and had 525s which have taken me to a 32FF and I love them dance

I have unders and I'm kind of sad that I can't have overs. I mean I have so skinny chest and so little breast tissue that there is big chance that every wrinkle would show and that doesn't look good. With 405cc size I had some problems becouse wrinkles were seen especially with bikinis (and I had unders too).

In your avatar what size implants you have there? I'm having trouble with mine to at min, I have understand but have visable wrinkles! Has the bigger implant sorted that? Xxx

In avatar I have 405cc but really good push up bras. I know that I'm gona have more wrinkles with these bigger implants but I just wanted to have fuller look. I have friend with 800cc overs and she has lots of wrinkles becouse she is so skinny..it doesn't look good. Also "the edges" of implants are really visible. My surgeon said that he can put overs but there is so huge wrinkle risk in my skinny chest.

You don't look like you have any ripples there, so your surgeon has said rippling will still be visible will larger implants? Your boobs look good at min so I bet they will look fab bigger, xxx

My ripples were visible but not disturbingly way. My surgeon said that when I go bigger implant, it increases the risk of bigger visible wrinkles (OMG sorry my bad english Rolling Eyes ). Now I can't say anything yet 'couse it's 2 weeks from my BA..so far there is no rippling.

I fear the most having back pain with these big boobs. I have to work in bad positions when I do tattoos..I have to buy really supporting "working bras". Anyone having back problems with big implants?
