I feel ready now, what a relief :)
I had another consult with my PS today. I was meant to have two, but after the two first ones I still had lots of questions and uncertainties, so we had a phone consult, and he also suggested a third consult in person. I'm so glad I took his advice, and bothered to travel to London in the freezing cold today, lol.
So it took us a while, but decisions
have been made! I prefer a 'natural perky' look, but I don't want unders
or anatomicals for my own reasons which rules out the best ways of
acheiving the look I like. So we both agreed and confirmed that modest
sized overs in moderate profile with a vertical uplift is most certainly
the best option to acheive the look I want given the limitations (though I would have had a lift regardless, that was the one thing I'd made my mind up about for quite a while). I
feel I can relax now, well sort of, lol! He's glad I brought pictures of
boobjobs I like with me, that way we know for sure we're on the same
page, and my expecations are realistic. He's ordering the 210 and 240cc,
we agreed 180 is that bit too small for me. I told him it's up to him
which size to choose during the op, we'll go with the 240, but if he
feels I'll get better results with the 210 instead he'll go with those.
So I won't know until after I've had my op, which is fine with me. Now I have to wait another seven weeks arghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! At least I've got my son's and my birthday in between to think about instead.

Roxanne you'll have a wonderful Easter present if my maths is right !!!
It's such a big decision and the amount of choice is bewildering, but it sounds like you've been really thorough and have the best chance of getting what you want. Relax now and enjoy the sense of anticipation.
Roll on April!!

Thanks ladies! Xaxa, you have very little time left!...I'd love mine to be in early March too.
I still have a couple of queries, so my new pcc set up a quick date and time for PS to call me next week, seriously so far he's been really attentive (which is essential for someone as neurotic as me, lol )
