When will this throbbing ache leave my boob :(
Okay now 9 days post op and this ache has been with me last 3 days!!! It feels in no other way to describe but like a little ball in my breast or like a little worm moving lol! Giving me shooting pains right up my chest! It makes my breast feel really tender!! I know we all heal differently, I just wish this would hurry up and heal lol and that it's no cause for concern!!x

Everyone is different, but is it possible you're trying to do too much? You had unders (so did I) and you really need to rest and keep your arms as still as possible for about 3 weeks.
If you're having pains, get 2 bags of frozen peas (better than icepacks!) and relieve the pain that way. As long as there's no serious swelling, redness, or itching, you shouldn't have to worry about infection.
It sounds like your muscle learning to move with that implant under it. Just rest and ice!! xx

REST, I am so trying to :(, the other half is doing as much as he can but just little things, which are not heavy tasks, I cannot resist doing!
However, today, I have sat at comp and not moved trying to get coursework done, so its being rested today.
I have just the norm swelling, and I had a bit reddish at top of my breast, more rash like, but nurse said this was not an infection just discolourment from my ugly bruising that i have. Scars healing perfectly.
I would actually rather shooting pains than this tight knot feeling lol!!
Thanks Alexandra xx
