girls do u know if Natrelles moderates and Mentors

Just wanted to know if any of u dolls knows if Natrelle Moderate profiles are the same as Mentors Moderate Plus profiles?

As u girls know I'm getting a re-op but can't commit to the HP I don't want to loose any BWD my doc want's to put me in MEntor HP 550'cc yes it sounds big but the BWD is only 12.8 and it's smaller than I have base diameter wise....

I have natrelle moderates 400cc base 13.0 with 4.5 projection

I was looking on Mentors chart and they have 475cc with BWD 13.3 projetion 5.0 and that sounds close to what I want I don't mind if he overfills the 475 to 500'cc.....I don't have another appt w my doc until mid Feb and just want to go in to the consult with some knowledge I can ask him about.....

From day one I never ever wanted HP I don't want them to over power my body I don't like the smaller Base diameter bcause I like the small gap my moderates give me......I just hope my doc will agree and give me moderate plus I don't want more projection just a little more fullness on top just a little nothing crazy....

I'm not sure that 2mm on each breast in the width would make a significant difference in the gap to make any noticeable difference and only gaining 0.5 cm in projection probably wouldnt make any noticeable difference to fullness you would just have a closer gap because you would have gained 6mm in width. Moderate plus are used for people who don't want too much upper pole fullness and as you want to gain upper pole fullness which is gained through more projection you may want to consider going up a size in the high profile to accommodate the 13cm width. Maybe 575 if they do them.

misf that's just what my doc wants me to do he said he doesn;t want me to loose any BWD either so to go up to 600 but I just couldn't commit to such idea just sounds huge......so when I left his office we agreed to 550cc just to keep my mind at ease he said he would use 500 n over fill them no bigger than 550cc I made him promise that he wouldn't I said pinky swear n he pinky swered he's too cute of a man.....I just keep looking at HP and they all seem to have that cone look that I DON'T WANT N THE gap in the middle is just too much for me RIGHT now without a bra I only fit one finger between my boobs n I like it like that

I have the same gap I did pre op about 2 fingers. When I have my next op I would like 600cc high profile. this should give me a closer gap and side boob. I have quite a narrow rib cage so I have some side boob now. Mine did look like cones for the first 6 weeks then they settled nicely. Too much width can give a matronly or top heavy look as they can look too wide and unnatural for a person's frame. Where as with natural boobs it's all in the projection, natural boobs aren't any wider than a persons frame and no matter how big their boobs are they always look natural. That's the way I think of it, I hope it makes sense lol

I feel much better sounds silly but some how it makes sense....I guess we get so hooked on cc's that we don't realize that the same cc's look dfrnt on every girl....I'm so scared that my daughtr might be dissapointed in my results I don't want to embrss her she's becoming a teen and yes I'm only 30 yrs old but I'm still her mom and don't want to be that crazy young mom that comes out to say hi to her lil friends with huge knockers! Misf1 is has a point. I'm getting mod profile because I don't want to gain too much upper pole fullness. Bear in mind that the brand I'm getting, Nagor Impleo mod profile is like Natrelle and Mentor mod plus. Though I do think getting this right for me with overs is crucial since I haven't got the muscles to press down on the upper pole to give it a natural slope. You have unders so your muscles should help give you a more natural upper pole.

I noticed the saline implants aren't as straightforward. If you look at the Mentor catalogue, the profile tends to change depending on how much they're filled. The more you fill them, the narrow and more projection they get. It also seems that this can make them higher profile than their silicone counterparts. So if your PS doesn't overfill them as much (550) they will be lower profile than if he overfills them (600).

Generally, when you have unders, your chest muscles press down on your implants and help give them a natural slope. When you have overs, there's less covering the implants, there's no muscles to pressing down on the implants. So the actual shape of the implant with overs shows more, if that makes sense. (This is especially worth considering with the newer form stable cohesive round implants since they tend to hold their shape more).

Having said that plenty of girls on here have high profile and even extra high, both unders and overs, who have a natural look. So it's really down to each individual.

What's your idea of pornstar boobs though? Natural and pornstar look are all pretty subjective terms, and mean different things to different people. I take it you've been clear to you PS that you want natural. And if by natural you mean not too round in the upper pole, you want a natural slope and don't want to lose this, then PS needs to know this. He's a man, he needs to be told very clearly in the exact words, lol! xxx

I'm thinking of porno look as the ones that look stuck on with thin coverage and are like 2 perfect balls on ur chest.......I do not want that ur right on my next visit I will so let him know specifictly what I do NOT want he's a great man his wife is the RN nurse thr and she also had her boobs done by him n they look amazing nice and natural and she had HP.......Roxanne thanks for hearing me out...it's great to have girls that understand :) can't wait for u to get ur boobs u will lov them

You already look fantastic, and you will look even more fab soon! Seriously I wouldn't worry about it. You haven't got the stuck on look now, and I don't see how you could after your re-op. You have unders so the thin coverage fear isn't such an issue, plus you were already a b cup to start. The profile alone will not determine the fake/natural look, there are other factors to consider. I'm glad you're confortable with your PS, it's so important to be able to talk to him about these things.
