The thing that made up my mind was deciding I would leave the decision to the surgeon to put in what fitted best. Then I thought, I am actually going to be disappointed if he tells me the 525s wouldn't fit.

When I asked him on the morning - will the 525s fit? He said, yes, easily. And that was that.

I am doing ok, today they feel like mine, I am getting used to the weight, the swelling is going down. My incisions are a bit sore and starting to itch and my back aches from not being allowed to lie flat but other than that it's all good. Just finished my antibiotics. Still not needed painkillers.

sorry to hear about your back, but I guess it's just part of it! but it's a good sign - even though anoying - that your incisions are starting to itch, it's a sign of them healing!! ok. it must be very unpleasant but if it is getting worse I would just take some mild painkillers, also for your back... you will just feel better. x happy healing

If Im totallly honest when I looked at your before pics I thought you had a nice pair then too - this is from someone who had an ironing board for a chest so you understand where im coming from , oh and the peircings are excellent too.

But the after pics, well theyre just fabulous, a really lovely shape, sooo happy for you.

Thanks Kat, Completely understand and thank you for the preBA compliment, this was one of the reasons I had wondered if I should not mess with nature after all I had 32Cs but so glad I did go for it - love them - it looks like the piercings might be gone for good (which my OH is not-so-secretly happy about) which I am gutted about.

DF had his nip pierced last week - it looks gorgeous. I had wanted mine done for years but thought they would look cack in my old boobs - and so I had planned on having it done after at some point. Only now he says he doesnt want me to. Hmph. Says he would 'prefer' me not to. Hmph. Also said he doesnt ask me to not do ANYTHING (blackmailing little bugger or what !?!?!) I have to admit I might not push it - I was there when he has his done and saw what he was like - oh chuffin hell it looked like it hurt! Wonder if I could have a GA for it ???

Just updated my pic-trail so there are preBA, surgery day and days 2-4 pics up.

They don't look much different in the pics but they seems to be dropping slightly and getting a little closer together

My OH wouldn't touch my boobs when I had piercings in cos he thought he would hurt me if too rough (despite me telling him I liked that!) I even tried showing him much he could do to them but he still wouldn't. He told me the other day that he is quite glad they have closed up as he just didn't feel right with them there.

Now I could go and get them redone but this is the info I wanted to pass on to you - you won't be able to play with them for 6-12months cos that's how long it takes for them to heal properly - assuming they do, mine never have by the looks of it as they have closed up even after 8 years.

You can buy non-pierced nipple jewellery if you want pretty bits - I am planning to get some of these:

I also don't think I would ever get them redone as they were the perfect placement and angle so to do them again they can't go through the same spot so they would never be perfect.

I had my nipple pierced too but ive took mine out, I already took it out when I had my kids then got it redone but think i'll leave it out now.

aww thanks for that link ... but have tried these and they pull off too easy if you a bit rough .... wellllll that is part of the point as you say int it?

dont think I will do it ... DF says he'd like me to keep them like they are .... perfect he says - cant argue with that can you really ?! xx

Sooooo happy honey - especially now I have come out from under the little thundercloud I have had over my head the past couple of days, I think it was the GA clearing my system - feel great today

Sounds like he has the same view as my OH - who is getting rather excited that my dressings come off on Monday and he sees that as the green light that he can touch them, lol, bless him
