Have u girls found that without a bra ur high profile boobs look like to balls on ur chest do they tend to go out to the sides?? ayy!!so confused!! I have moderates but doc is changing them to high profiles with my moderates if I take off my bra they don't really more to the sides meaning to the arm pit area....now with the high profiles I'm scared they might look weird!!!

HI hun, I have high profiles, they don't go out to the sides and without a bra look really natural. I hate the 2 balls stuck on look! Victoria beckham... Yuk! X x x

Hi, I have high profile 4.6 projection and they definitely don't look stuck on . I'm only 4 weeks post op too.

do they just go out to the sides if there too big for your body? My surgeon wont go any bigger because im too small, I say I want the natural look, maybe this is why x

I have HP and mine don't go out to the side either. They look really natural already and have a good slope. They don't look like balls. Im sure that look is due to the implant being too big for the chest.

I have slight side boob. If that's what you mean. Mine fall to the side when I take my be off but only when I lie down.

hi chick, to be honest i think ur boobs look great as they are..... what is it ur unhappy with??

But at the same time, i think high profiles would look great on you, i'm very confident they will still look natural.

At the end of the day, do you trust your surgeon? Do you believe that he understands the look you are after, and trust his judgement?

I really trusted my surgeon and let him decide everything.... and am very happy.

I trust my doc very much I think the 550ccs scare me....maybe I will just go with a middle ground maybe 520...I don't think my boobs look that bad but if u notice on the last pic they have no upper pole fullness at all and no roundness to them....After looking at my pics do u think I will look funny with the HP?

no not at all, i think high profiles will be very flattering and i think you'll hot!! I think 520's would be a good size to be honest, did he say what size that would make you? Do you want more upper pole?
