id give shock-absorber run my vote ... but am still wearing two sports bras (one soft-ish lonsdale one, one shock absorber) and my supportive running vests too when I run - Im a mardy coward tho and DONT want to damage my new bits

That's why the Enell is so good xx they are a lot of money but worth the investment as it works on compression xx Your boobs don't move haha xx

I did look them up on ebay Kay but the only ones I could find were from America and they looked like tinfoil at the front - do you know of a UK seller maybe?

I bought mine from less bounce, I think, I have two xx
They are really soft material and are very very tight on, which means nothing moves at all xx You have to work out your size as it's not on normal bra sizes if I remember rightly, but once you've done that you're away xx

I'm saving those links for future reference as I run and need something to stop everything moving - shock absorber run is only something like 70-80% reduced bounce. I think panache have made one that is 83% less bounce but not sure what size that is up to, most are only up to D cup
