Hello Ladies,

I am really struggling with my sports bra its a 32d and is really really tight my boobs are kinda aching with it and feel that they are being pulled in together along with my chest band pushing them down i feel more restricted than i did before. at first was wearing a 34d which felt much better, but surgeon told me to get a 32d. i really want to put my 34d back on as this feels more comfortable. I know i have to expect changes and different feelings but this just doesnt feel right to me.

I dont want to do any damage to my new additions, but not sur ei can last another day in my 32d.

I'd try a 32E I too wore a 34D post op and soon had to change to an E as it became too tight on my new boobies lol that is if it's the cup & not the band that's tight I'm 6 weeks po Friday but went and got measured the other day I've always worn a 34B but was measured at a 30F !!! I found going from my old wrong 34 to a 30 band too much so Im going to get 32E when I can were bras hopefully after Friday then once I've got used to that try a 30 woo hoo

Why don't you try a 32DD on? At least if you want to you could wear it to bed, at least until the 32D loosens up a bit with wear, or swelling goes down. Although to be honest, from your pics you don't look that swollen.
It's meant to be supportive, not restrictive. 32DD! woohoo!

Thanks girlies, im not sure its the cup size as i fill that just right, its more the band that feels tight, i am obviously used to a 34 band and its quite a difference to go to when you not used to it. Hmmmm dilema?? am liking the sound of DD though :-)

Still cant log onto picturetrail hun wont let me doesnt like me :-(

I found going from a 32 to a 30 really uncomfortable too. But as the days have gone on, the band has got looser and looser and is waaay more bearable. To be honest, I think washing and wearing a bra every day will loosen it up more so you might find that in a few days it'll be more wearable.
I don't know why it won't let you see my pics on picture trail. What I'll do is PM you my log in details as long as you promise to not change my pics and replace them with pics of Alicia Douvall Hysterical Hysterical

I don't understand why your PS has told you to wear 32 if its too tight. Mine haven't told me anything like that. I got my band measured at debenhams before my op and the lady told me that I defiantly am a 34. Anyway since the op my 34's were hurting so I called my PC and she said to wear 36 for now, so I did. Swelling has gone down a bit now so feeling ok again in my 34's. If I was you hun I would try a 34D or even get measured just to know your band. Its horrible when its too tight, cant bloody breath. xxx
