i noticed people are confused about what is commonly called 'under the muscle' placement (dual plane/partials) .... i was too when i first started researching

here is a really good video where a surgeon takes you through one of his ops, its not gory atall and actualy really helped me when i was preparing for mine

Interesting to see thanks. Good link for those who don't quite understand the difference. It is really important girls know exactly whether they are getting 'under the muscles' or 'partially under the muscles'..... :thumbs:
