1 year post op pain?
Hey guys,
Last night I noticed that one of my boobs felt a bit 'bruised' and sore/tender to the touch, then overnight I kept waking up in quite a bit of pain with it. It still hurts now when I move around etc. The only way I can describe it is the pain I experienced immediately post op. It's only in one boob, and its not hard so CC can't be the cause.
Some people have said it could be a trapped nerve?
The area underneath both my boobs is still numb.
I had 470cc overs in November 2010.
Any input would be greatly appreciated as my appointment is not until next Thursday!
Also, my OTHER boob is still quite a bit harder than the other, my surgeon told me a few months ago that it is NOT CC, so do you have any advice of how I could soften this boob up a bit? Surely it shouldn't still be hard at over a year post op?

No, no lumps or swelling of any kind anywhere.

I would be tempted to get a 2nd opinion on whether it's CC, otherwise massage could help soften up scar tissue.
Re: 1 year post op pain?
There is a certain point (underneath boob near crease scar) that appears to be the sorest point to touch. I didn't think there was much pain involved with CC? And this boob is really soft, its the other one that is harder!

I know cookie had a pain which her surgeon said was nerve damage and there was nothing they could do to correct it. Pain is associated with CC, but so is firmness. Maybe ask one of the surgeons on here.

I guess I'll have to wait and see what my surgeon says next week. I hope its nothing too serious though....

I have this exact same thing. It feels lie something's digging in and it feels bruised I've just posted a post about it ( does that even make sense) did you see a surgeon? I'd be interested to hear what he/ she said. I have an appointment on Thursday to see the surgeon
