Re: Fluffing !!
Wow, that youtube video is worth a thousand words. Thx. I'm heading into my doc in few min. to have stitches removed. Going to ask if he can estimate prognosis for me i.e., when I might expect my fluffing fairy. 12 th day post-op! XOXO

It's the swelling that forces the implant high upon the chest lovely as well as the implant positioning early post post-op. As the swelling settles and the skin relaxes the tightness from the swelling allows nature to let the implant fall into place, the implant doesn't remain round in your breast once gravity gets hold of it, allowing the implant to fall into a more tear drop shape, taking the fullness from the upper pole to drop and fill out the lower pole of the breast giving a much more natural appearance.
This thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] might help you better understand babe, you may need to give the diagram in the opening post a little time to load. xx
Re: Fluffing !!
Hi: I just returned from post-op and my doc (he is Board Certified-- wrting this from good ole So Cal, USA) he recommended laying on stomach at least 5 min. a day to facilitate the "fluffing". He thinks better than massage. Guess what I'm doing now? LOL :)

I just responded to this same quote in another quote of yours so I'll just copy my reply here too lovely
In the UK we mostly always use textured rather than smooth implants babe which adhere quicker to the pocket so unless any sort of massage is advised by a surgeon, for example Capsular Contracture, then any sort of massage is discouraged for these implants. xx
[EDIT] just to add a little more info on this incase anyone is interested.
Usually breast implant displacement workouts, or massage, is suggested
only when smooth surfaced implants are employed. Smooth breast implants
are created to move naturally in the implant pocket. A breast implant
pocket slightly larger than the implant itself helps to attain a soft,
natural feel to the breast. Textured breast implants are developed to
“grow in” to the implant capsule. Massage of the breast implant is
unnecessary for textured implants. In truth, aggressive massage can
disrupt the soft tissue adherence to the implant.

Re: Fluffing !!
Excellent info. Yes, I got the smoothies. And, I wonder if the choice for smooth was becauae the space was small to work with. That will be good one to ask. Resting on them, front face forwards is not comfortable - I certainly could not withstand all night. I very gingerly get in that position for fear to harm the newbies...
Best to all.
Best to all.
