My measurements- what size does this make me????

Hi ladies,

I have just decided to have a go with the tape measure.... I know it's not exact and can be a bad idea... but I just wondered what my measurements make me??
35inches under bust, just over 40inches at fullest part.....
Anyone know??

Hi Hun,

I'm not very good with this whole sizing malarchy but I would suggest with these measurements you'd have to be an E or F cup. 5 inch difference is a great size!

I am sure someone who's a little better at this will come along & help! xxx

That's a great thread- thanks! Puts me at 36DD. Really was Hoping to be bigger- I just don't understand this whole implant stuff- 560cc is quite big- but I've only gone up 2 sizes!!!??? :-(

don't panic sweet.... i'm sure the fluff fairy will visit soon!!! I notice you had natrelles..... are the 560's the same equivalent in the other implants THG use.... i didn't have natrelles. Just wondering if they come up smaller, ie, 560 natrelle is the same as 420 in the other make of implant?? Just a wild guess..... talk to jojo, she knows about this xxx

also, you had a lift, i was told that my lift would reduce me by half a cup size before the implant went in.... maybe that reduced you to a 36B/C before they put ur implant in? So you may have increased more cup sizes than you think..... i would still go and get measured professionally xxx

if ur just over 40 inches around the fullest part of your bust you should be wearing an E cup, a DD will be too small chick xxx

Looking at your Avvi Debs, I would say you are gonna be nothing under a F/ G cup hun xx

I'm sitting in the waiting room at the clinic waiting to see the nurse. I will ask the question about the natrelles measuring up- I hope that's not right!!!! Surely cc is a standard unit of measurement that's universal?! I know that different companies ideas of profile/projection are different!
I walkedpast a bravissimo just now- tempted to pop in to get measured on the way back?!
With regards to the uplift, ps told me I wouldn't really lose anything as it was just skin not volume?!
I know it's not all about the size, but how you feel- and they do feel great- just a bit on the small side- and knowing i used to be around DD maybe an E when breastfeeding, I wanted to be slightly bigger!!!
Oh well- just have to wait and see what happens I guess!! I'll update my picturetrail and avi later!

a 36DD is the same as a 32F and you are only 3 weeks post op. I'm sure you are going to change as you settle.

I'm feeling much more confident and positive after my appointment- the nurse was lovely- my scars look great- still a bit dry and look rough but that's due to the glue. The nurse said that Mr H is great as he is so neat and where he uses glue it means you can shower- but on the flip side it takes a while to get rid of the glue from the skin!! I can't use creams or oil until 6 weeks PO- so only another 2 weeks and 2 days!
She checked my mole wound and said it's not perfect, but its acceptable and also quite common- she said it's weird how it works- the major surgery heals fine- the minor easy bit is what causes the trouble! But she has put an antiseptic dressing on it, and given me more to reapply after showers. Then I need to go back next Friday to check it's doing ok!!

I never went to get measured as I know I'm still so early on. The nurse said although they have softened alot, they still have a way to go, and she said they're only likely to get bigger rather than smaller I think I may go and get measured next week after my appointment!!
I did however go for a wander along Oxford Street and looked in the sales, and held a 38FF/G bikini top up against me (I know this is only a rough idea) And there's no way I could've fitted in to smaller So feeling much better!!!!!

I am going to take some new photos to upload tonight when I don't have little eyes peering at me (KIDS!!!!)

The natrelle implants are very similar in terms of size. The Hp Natrelle in 560 cc are 14cm width and 5.7 cm projection, whereas the CUI nearest equivelant I can see is the 505 cc at 14.2 width with only a 4.6cm projection. You definitely had a great size!

I agree with AmyD, you still have lots of changes to go and with an implant that size you won't be small. I think we get used to the swelling and when that goes we feel a bit smaller. Mine have really changed shape recently. They are softer, and have dropped and are a bit tighter in my bras. Though to me they look smaller! wierd!!

So I have been panicking about the size of my boobs- but I have taken the photos and updated picturetrail and I'm now LOVING them!! They do look good- great shape and the size is big, and right for my size.

I don't want mine to drop or soften anymore!!! I love how firm they are now!!! Bit of jiggle when I walk, but stay in position when I'm on my back instead of the old boobs that were pillows on my back

Hi Debsrich1 I personally think there looking great too. Hassan looks like hes done some neat work there; Id be very happy.
This also reassures me that Mr Hassan is right about the size of the implant I should have :). I think mine are a tiny bit smaller then yours widths wise. Was that the biggest you could go and do you have any regrets?
Do you know what your BWD was?
As Im only a 34 in bras and your band is a bit bigger then mine but having very similar implants....so confusing x x x x x

Iknow- its all very confusing with size!!! I'm not sure what my BWD was- but I do think it's good to trust Mr H- has he put down a range of sizes to order in?? You will go over size with him before your op. Yes 560 was the biggest he offered knowing how I wanted to end up- I don't know if I could've gone bigger?! He offered moderates 445cc or 485cc or full 520 or 560cc. I was pretty set on te 485cc as I liked the look of the mods- but I told him I trusted his judgement for what looked best and what would give me the look I wanted. When I woke up and was told he used 560cc I thought OH NO- I'M GOING TO L:OOK LIKE DOLLY PARTON!!!! But I am SOpleased I trusted him as if I had of had smaller I wouldve been gutted!!!!

I drove myself INSANE pre-op wondering about size and projection!!!!
