point where I feel like I can't breath I don't know why but I keep stressing out on my upcoming re-op I can't seem to figure out it I should change to high profiles bcause I'm scared if I go up in size w moderates the width will be to out there to the point that they stick out to my arm pitts ayy!! I'm freaked out!!

HI hun, I have suffered with panic attacks, its bloody awful. What does ur surgeon suggest hun? They're the professionals. Don't worry, call ur pcc tomorrow, have a chat with them. I doubt ur surgeon would make you look daft sweet. X X X

I would agree with amy hun ur surgeon will know best but it's worth telling him ur concerns before u go ahead xxx Try not to get too stressed (easier said than done sometimes tho i know!:(( ) take care xxx

ps i suffered panic attacks years ago too to the point of needing to breathe into a paper bag so i do feel for u hun, try to distract ur mind where possible babe xxx big hugs Hug
