A message for any of you girls who understand bra sizes.
I'm currently measuring as follows:
Rib 27"
Breasts 32.5"
Only 1 week post op so I know changes are to come but desperately need to get more sports/soft support/non wired bras to wear until my 6 week check, as I only have 3 at moment and non really seem to fit well. (34c band too loose, 32c bit small)
I live in a rural area, so not near any decent shops where I could temporarily get measured, so likely to be an Internet purchase.

If your ribs are 27" you should be in a 28-30 band babe!! Cups change with the band size...down a band up a cup (34c=32d=30dd=28ddd/e) The cup goes up 'generally' each an inch ... so by that measurement it would be about 28e/30dd... check out the search engine for info on bra sizing there is some great stuff on there!! Thanks girls, I knew I could rely on you.

I've never bought anything below a 32 band simply because the shops nearest to where I live only do 32 as smallest size and as I never had boobs before I never ventured to nice proper bra shops!
