Anyone have pics of uplift so i can see?
Hi I am debating having a uplift due to my boobs not looking great after BA, but i think i need to see what is the best option to stay as i am or to have the uplift but would like to see pics of end results of lifts so i can see what kinda scaring i will have, appreciate any advice or pics x

Hey Hun xx
When I settle down and manage to take some pics of my third op result I will share them if you like? xx I don't share my old ones anymore xx just can't face it xx
I can offer you a bit of advice though re the types of lift xx I had a lollipop lift initially which has it's bonus side in that there is less scarring, however it is not always the best option as the distance between the crease and the nipple cannot be altered and therefore you could end up like I was with more breast under the areola and badly stretched out scars xx which is not a good look xx
I haven't had a bellini or 'donut lift' but have read that again the scars can stretch out and you can end up with puckering around the areola xx I think this is what Queenie has xx
Both the above lifts can also give the breast a 'flat' squashed look or appearance, which is certainly what I had and again is not very nice xx
From everything I have read and seen by far the best results seem to be achieved by the anchor or wise pattern lifts xx
Although there are more incisions made the seem to heal better, neater and not stretch out anywhere near as much as mine have xx maybe there is less tension involved You also get a better shape with this type of lift xx
Anchor seems to work better if you are on the bigger side IMHO xx
Hope this helps sweety xx

goodluck on your decision dawnmids!!!! xxxxx I am looking at a donut lift myself and am petrified of the scars (I am embarrassed for my whole life of people seeing my boobs and I worry that I will feel the same with the scarring no matter what their size!!!) :flowers:

HI katyp! I was worried about that too... BUt can honestly say, hand on heart, that the scars don't bother me at all. WOrth the beautiful shape a lift gives you. I'm really glad I had a lift too, the scars are very fine and healing really well too. X X X

I've just had a full (anchor) lift but without any implants. PM me if you're interested in seeing my pics. I'm not yet 8 weeks PO so nowhere near to having a final result on my scars but they're very neat and actually have already vanished from around the nipples

Sorry I can't help you with pictures since I'm pre-op. But my mother had a full anchor lift without implants way back when I was a child. She says it's one of the best things she's done, she went from big saggy breasts to big perky breasts, and they still look fantastic many years later. Her scars healed well early on, and although they are permanent you can only see very faint small white lines, you really have to look for them.
Your ps should know what your best option is. My nipples are just below the nipple crease, both PSs I've seen said I could get away with a donut lift if I felt strongly about minimal scars, I'd get nice results, but my breasts would have a flatter look, I'd have a less drastic change. But for best results they both recommended a lollipop lift. This way my breasts would be more conical shaped so more projection, more reshaping as opposed to just lifting, just better results all round. This applies to whether I get a lift only or a lift with implants (still undecided). I didn't hesitate, I would rather get a lollipop lift even though it involves more scarring, I want really noticeable results. Neither recommended a full anchor lift in my case, I wouldn't have enough to remove in my lower pole to even contemplate that, lol
