Can anyone who had PIPs recommend a surgeon?
Hiya everyone!
I've just found out that I've got PIPs and that one of them has ruptured!
I want to get them replaced ASAP, but don't want to go back to my original surgeon as a)he is not offering me a reduced rate, b)has not replied to any of my phone calls or e-mails and c)did not bother to let me know that there was a problem with PIP implants when he found out some 18 months ago and possibly before mine had even ruptured!!
Did anyone get their PIP implants replaced for free/a reduced rate or at least receive notification that they might have a problem and should get them checked?
I am so paranoid that something like this might happen again that I want to go with someone who is a bit more ethical!!
Thanks!! xxx

Re: Can anyone who had PIPs recommend a surgeon?
I believe my breast were offering free nagor implants ffor those with pips. Also if you look at one of the surgeons here John pereira, he was hoping to offer a discount to those ladies with pips. I think the only people who have had re ops for free are those with pips that have gone back to their original surgeon/clinic that have ruptured within their aftercare period. I haven't heard of anyone yet who have been successful in a legal case although you may want to keep you pips when they are taken out and seek legal advice.
