No one noticed !!!

Just been to visit one of my sisters who is very poorly and she never noticed my new boobies,then met another of my sisters as we were taking our dad to hospital and she didnt notice either !!!I dont know if im glad or sad !!! I hadnt told them about my op and was wearing a sports bra with a polo and a smock kind of top over so squashed them down abit,but i hope they look better when i get into normal bras!!!They look huge when im naked,so might have to stop wearing clothes ! Thanks for letting me have a moan!!!

I'm sure it's because like you say you were all clamped in and covered up. Also, it sounds like you've all got a great deal of stress going on so boobs were probably the last thing on their mind (unlike us obsessed women!).

Thanks opal eyes! Dads 85 and he was getting checked for Parkinsons,and my sister has been in pot on her leg since sept,but has just found out she has bowel cancer!,hopefully it can be cured,fingers crossed!! x

Looking at your avi hun, it's definitely because the sports bra was squashing them, there's no way you'll be able to hide them in normal bras. You're looking great hun.

This is definately down to the dreaded sports bra. The bra makes such an enormous difference. Hoping ur dad and sister have a speedy recovery, very sorry to hear that. Big hugs

As for the other bit ... you going naked to get noticed may I suggest a strappy halter top as a slightly less extreme option? ... Friday night saw me trying one on I had before my ba but if I had gone out in it I might have been arrested .... maybe you should get one ?? xx

I haven't told anyone apart from my hubby, obviously, that i'm having it done so i wouldn't mind no-one noticing!!

Ive noticed that being in perfect proportion its not so obvious to other people but moreso to ourselves as we are used to being much smaller. Wait until the spring/summertime is here and people will get a shock at seeing the new us when we discard the winter clothes. XXX

Sparkly I'm so so sorry to hear about your sister. I sincerely hope they have caught it early and she isn't in too much discomfort.

i am hoping no-one notices, did you wear padded bra's before?

I did and wore a big gel bra for a while before as well just to ease people slowing into me having big knockers! They don't look that different at the mo with clothes on.

although only peeps i have seen is DH and my mum. son didn't batter an eyelid which is great.

do you want your sisters to know? if not then it's a good thing and at least now they are yours now and not a bra - they'll still be there when you take the bra off - massive bonus!

Yes they look great when the bras off!!!Hubby said they scare him!!,hes not used to me with boobs!! ,i have always worn big padded bras and chicken fillets so thats why they dont look much different under clothes !!!I didnt tell my sisters cos i thought they would say i was mad having surgery i didnt need and didnt want them to put me off,but now i dont know if i should tell them or not!! xxx

Do what ever feels right for you, they dont HAVE to know. But if you feel like telling them now its done, then go for it!! They will prob be made up for you xxxx

I decided not to tell anyone at the start - I didnt want it to always be something that was brought up. I wanted to have my shape back to how I was before the kids - just wanted to look like me again without the crap padded and gel filled bras.

That said though, there have been times when I wish I had told some of my friends, just for their support really when I have been wobbly about something. AND, if I am totally honest - so that I could proudly say how great I think they look

In the end I still think I would rather not be thought of as boob-job Kat. I know this is possible cos there is a teacher at my kids school who has had hers done and people know (not sure if she was open about it herself or someone else let it slip) and she is known as 'the teacher with the boob-job'. I wouldnt want that.

I wish I had the confidence to be open about and not give a rats ar** about what people think but thats not me.

Last new year I was disgracefully drunk (enough to sing 'Valerie' very loud and tunelessly) and I was told the next day some of the things I was talking about to my friends. Some stuff really personal - gulp - and I will definately be more careful now. I wouldnt want something like this to come out in those circumstances - I would feel disloyal (more disloyal) to my friends.

Its a hard one - only you know your sisters and how well they would accept it. Hope it goes well whatever you decide to do. x

Girl, no one noticed mine either! But I think it's because I've always worn padded bras!

Firstly - you boobs look faaaabulous! Don't worry, I am three months post op and have covered them similarly in that time. Last Friday I wore a halter neck dress and I received a "OH MY GOSH BROOK! I just noticed your massive BOOBS!" (bosses wife) and she leapt up out of her chair and grabbed them!

So it's dEfInItElY what you wear! haha.

hey doll - you look brilliant!! I didn't tell anyone at my one job and if they noticed they didn't say anything. I've also been told at the other job (they all know) that you can't really tell. Although I'd been wearing chicken filets and massive padded bras, now it's all boob

I also went to work, and only told a couple of people, the others didn't say anything - I dont think they sports bras and winter clothes help :)

Cant wait to get into proper bras either, I know the feeling!!
