really worried - boobs starting to feel better 10 days post op, but noticed saturday night at the top of my right boob a red area, when i touched it, was warm but not burning, just very sore and tender.

Monday and it is still there not as red or as hot, only slighlty more swollen than the other boob, it's just that it hurts loads and is really really sore, I have checked as well as I can over my dressings and cant see any weeping of my stitches ect, has anyone had anything else similar?

Also been really porrly the last couple of days with bad diarreoh and stomach cramps which really doesnt help - think i must of eaton something dodgy

It's a nightmare isn't it !! I though once my op was over I'd be over the anxieties but I've had quite a shock !!

My boobies were hot for about a week after the op (was hoping they'd stay that way for the festival season so I could keep my hands warm on them at night). Next they went hot and cold at random times, now they're cold all the time so will have to buy some gloves for my festies... . Mine are still aching/tender/sore which concerned me as I've read on here most people are ok by day 10.

Its all in the healing process but you'd probably feel a lot better if you talk to your surgeon for a bit of reassurance so why not give him a ring ?

Mine were also pretty hot for the first couple of weeks. Providing they're not burning, burning hot or swollen, I think it's quite normal.

it sounds your redness/heat is concentrated in one area... i would call my surgeon/nurse and have it checked to make sure it's not an infection and nothing to worry about. Good luck hun xxx
