Would it be ok to wear a sports vest for bed?Im 7 days post op now but i thought one of those tight vests might stop the rubbing of my stitches like the bras do !!

I would check with ur nurse hun. Have u been for a check yet? I was told i could sleep braless after 2 weeks although i left it a few more nights as they felt really uncofortable when i first tried (I woke in the night in quite a bit of pain) .
If the vest s tight fitting it may be ok but id def check first xx

I remember that so well:) Can u shower yet? I needed to wait til the dressings were removed but i know some get waterproof dressings so can shower straight away. After 8 days without a shower it was heavenly to stand with running water over me and wash my hair :) xxx
