Which size sports bra?
Hello ladies,
Not sure what size I should be buying. I'm having 300 overs. I appear to have been wearing the wrong band size for years, rib cage measures 27 and been wearing a 32 on the tighest catch. I'm a AA and hoping to reach C cup range, I don't think I will get to a D, but here's hoping! So what should I be buying? Im so confused. Thank you x

Re: Which size sports bra?
Umm,I would probably buy a 32D. I was a 30A/B before mine (325 unders) and wore a 34D sports bra for the first week until the swelling went down. I'm a 30F now. I think you probably will get a D!
Asda sports bras are pretty decent, although their range of 30/32 bands are limited, but at £4 a pop it's worth buying a couple of sizes.

Re: Which size sports bra?
I bought a load of cheap ones from asda and tesco and primark in all different sizes ranging from a 32d to a 34e
Luckily I had them as my sister in law also had a BA and couldn't find any in her size so the ones that I didn't use I gave to her, but if you keep the receipt you can take them back if they dont fit after your op
Good luck hunni,

Re: Which size sports bra?
you should probably be wearing a 28 or 30 band at the moment and that will be your band size when all the swelling has gone. I'd get a 32C for swelling but you may find you will measure a 28DD or 30D after your op which is the same as a 32C (when you go down a band size you go up a cup size). and thats assuming you are a 28 or 30 A at the moment you may actually be a 28B, depends how many inches your bust measurement is.
Re: Which size sports bra?
Thank you all for great advice. I will buy a couple of bras to start with and go from there. I'm so excited to go out and buy sports bras!

Re: Which size sports bra?
Def take in a couple bra's!! i first had a 34D but that was too tight and had to use a band extender (even though i only measure 28.5 around my ribs) i should've had a 32DD. OTHERWISE, wait til you've had your op so you know what exact size to get :)
So soon now though.. Bet you're really excited!! woohoo.
