I'm all done And I love them. Didn't realise I was staying the night in hospital but was told it's routine for observation. Best thing really as I will get more rest and be better prepared to see my boys tomorrow.

Pretty tired but no pain as such. I will get my story up ASAP. Thank you for all the lovely wishes. You are all fantastic ladies

Mine are all done now. I was the first in this moning so I was finished and watching Jeremy Kyle by 10:00. I have just ordered loads of tea as I am starving after being sick a couple of times. My other half has just gone to get me a new bra as I think the 34dd is a bit tight so I am going to get a 36 so that I can sleep better. Virtually no pain at all, tommorrow might be a different kettle of fish when the morphine has worn off. I haven't stopped smiling since I came round from the anesthetic and the nurses keep on telling me off for being too hyper.

The staff here are amazing and so far it is worth every penny.xx

Hi Hlt67, Mr Payne is amazing, the first Surgeon I saw. He is German and by default very neat and very precise, not wishing to stereotype him. The minute I met him I knew he would be my surgeon. I took my bra off earlier to put a bigger one on and there are just two tiny plasters under my boobs. No pain despite his name. Smallblue had one of the other surgeons here a couple of days ago and I am sure she will say the same thing about hers. If you are in the Midlands you can't be too far away from here. It is amazing, the staff are really attentive. Most of them have had surgery too so they know exactly how you are feeling. Mr Payne wanted to send me home tonight but I am enjoying being pampered and being first in this morning has really boosted my confidence, no time to worry about what was going to happen. Don't think about it too much just get a consultation booked and pay your deposit,wherever you go. I have always found reasons not to do it and it has never been the right time. I wish I had done this 25 years ago but boob jobs then weren't what they are now. I was only under anaethetic for about 45 mins. My self esteem has never felt as good as it does today. xx
