Re: december buddies
Hi Ladies,
Sorry for not answering - been waiting on my husband hand and foot as he is still struggling walking! just keep thinking the roles will be reversered next week!!
I am about an A atm, maybe a small B. think a 34. guessing i'll end up a D or DD?
I am excited - not nervous yet - not had time to be, stressing to much about husband being injured and off work and doing the 101 things I feel I need to do !
Christmas is all wrapped and ready though - well most of! figure I'll be able to wrap a few last minute bits by xmas ... I'll be 3 weeks po then!
How do I get a ticker?
My kids are 6 and 3, had planned on telling my sensitive 6 yr old boy that i'd just fallen and brusied my chest but little bit concerned now as OH already hurt himself and can't walk much ... don't want him worrying about both parents!
What is everyone saying the their lo's?
xx

OMG sounds like we're in a similar situation- my husband was in an accident 3 weeks ago and has been of work, and had an operation o his hand, so he's been useless and can't do anything!!! I did consider changing my surgery date, but decided against it- bit of selfishness came in!!!!
My kids are the same ages... and I think I may just say I've hurt my back?!? And I'm also having moles removed at the same time so will mention those?! Can't wait now!!!!

what a nightmare! I asked if I shold postpone mine - didn't want to but he said no def not! it's not like he was going to be much help anyway as couldn't get much time off work as no holiday left! my friend is luckily going to help me!
think this is def a time to be selfish = pretty sure we've all wanted this for so long, always putting husbands, kids, money first - now this is our time! to relax and be spoilt - or at least no thave to do the hoovering and washing for a while!! bliss!

Re: december buddies
My surgeon told my husband that I wouldn't able to hoover and wash up for about 2 years, if only eh?! Obviously the surgeon was only joking!
Glad to hear you're still going ahead 703b7
Debsrich that's a great excuse to use with the kids. I will probably end up using that

Re: december buddies
Debsrich - are you over nighting or just day?
I don't want to take too much as I'm only day but my dressing gown alone is massive! I don't own any pj's... esp front fastening, do i need some? thought i'd just wear dressing gown and tracky b's on bottom until home time and put on a zip up hoody!

I'm over night.
Sounds like I've got loads of stuff!!! Few of the bits other ladies have recommended. Front fastening pjs because you can't lift your arms up over your head!!
Ahhhhh honestly I'm so excited!!!

So far I have:
PJs & slippers (need these anyway as I'm staying with the baby daddy)
Tracksuit
Macom & sports bras in different sizes
Co-codamol & paracetamol
Sennakot
Gel packs
Dry shampoo
Hibiscrub
Antibacterial gel
Femfresh (wipes & spray)
V pillow (which I must not leave at home!)
I'm sure I'm forgetting something though! x
