I'm a chain smoker Towie, the nurse told me I can't smoke from 2 weeks befor to FOUR WEEKS after!!

I'm struggling already! x

Mine just said to stop 48 hrs beforehand ! i am going to try the electronic ones as have used them before and they really help ...what are you using ?

Good luck ladies, its the alcohol I'm going to struggle with and I don't even drink that much so can't imagine how you feeling. Will be worth it for the healthy healing and the end result tho! Xxx

I thought long ahead and its been 8 weeks now I started with the gum and now im on the spray which is amazing....BUT i could murder a fag its still killing me. Its awful I feel like I was born to smoke! december buddies - Page 3 283708

I nearly gave in the other day but I really dont want to be laid in bed craving bad for fags and I dont want to risk my recovery by smoking.The bonus to it all is Im so much fitter, my skin looks and feels so much better. And my kids are happy about it december buddies - Page 3 773440

Towie- i have just had 525's i got measured today and im ff/g but im so in love with them, Mr hassan is my night in shining armour i cant believe the size of the scars and barely any bruising, he was so nice after aswell!!

A week today - I am so excited - mixed with oh bl**dy hell as my dear husband hurt his back at football yesterday and is currently sitting on the sofa not being able to walk!! He even slept there last night - not good! He best be ok by next week - talk about bad timing!

just finishing off my organising - most of xmas pressies wrapped, all cards written, food shopping for next 3 weeks needs to be ordered on line and thing smoved to elbow height .... anything else?

What size are you both now?

I think I'm almost sorted on the Xmas presents and wrapped most of them. Now I need to think about the house and food. My husband isn't too great at domestic chores and cooking, so I need to have everything organised to make life easier for him. I know I will need to lose my controlling ways of the household as I can't stand mess. I will have to blind fold myself and let them get on with it.
