Feeling down....not been on for ages...
Hi girls,
Well I'm in a bit of a mess, I am starting to hate my boobies.
They aren't feeling right at all.
I have a serious problem with lefty with a terrible high nipple and have to have another operation to correct it, but I have also noticed that I have a crease where my natural breast is sitting on top of the implant, - does that even make sense?!
I havent been able to upload pictures either as my picturetrail account got deleted - anyone know anywhere else I can upload my pictures too?
I just want to get out of these awful sports bras and into pretty bras.

Hey Tracy, I had no idea you were having a hard time hun sending you hugs and hope you get the nipple situation sorted.
Some other girls uploaded to Fotki and it works well - they don't seem to delete you.

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
Sorry to hear you've been feeling so down hunny
I'm only a month PO and have felt really down this past couple of weeks too. I am trying to keep positive now though.
I do know what you mean about the crease, I think I have the same thing which I'm worrying may be the start of double bubble. I think I'm going to book in to see my ps as he said i may have a divot so I'm not sure if it's that or not. Can you see your PS Hun? Hopefully he'll be able to put your mind at rest.
I hope you get things sorted out asap and are feeling better very soon. Have you got a date for your op?

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
I thought it was double bubble too but I went to see him 2 weeks ago and he said it is all caused from where my internal stitches haven't held properly,
He wanted to re op under local but I'm not so sure I like that idea at all!
I basically have to have the skin tightened under my left to pull my nipple down, when he pinched the skin it did make them line up but I'm still worried.
I also don't think they look or feel very big anymore but that could be cos I'm still in sports bras and big t shirts to cover the ugly bras!
I can have the op in December but I don't want to be sore for Christmas,

Also Tracy, I totally agree, I don't feel that big anymore, but with over 400s, you definitely are - you're probably just used to them.

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
I think I've got late booby blues to be honest.
I am going to get measured again tomorrow and see what size I am now, last time I got measured I was 32e so I know they aren't small!
I'm going to see my surgeon again in the first week of December so I've just got to be patient I suppose - luckily he is more than happy to see me as much as i need and discuss further treatment if needed,
Thanks for the support -as usual you girls are fantastic x x thank you all so much for your support
I am going to try and upload some pictures soon for some opinions too

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
Ohh Hun, so sorry to hear youve had these ongoing problems I guess he wouldn't suggest the local op if it wasn't going to be something that could be quickly fixed in that way? You could also ask them to hive you some drugs so you don't remember, anyway! That way it could be win/win??
Anyway, sending you love and hopefully things get fixed up soon and you start loving your boobies xx

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
My nipples are about an inch different in height -he has already said that it's because he had to make the pocket lower on leftie to correct the crease level of my boobs and he has made it a bit too loose and that the little op will remove the extra skin and sort the problems,
I'm seriously tempted to have the op ASAP but I can't take time off work in december - I wonder how sore just a new incision would be? Would I be able to work straight away or would I need time off work again for 2 weeks?

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
Aww thanks Peggysue, I guess it's just lucky that at the moment it's freezing and I'm not wanting to strip off to show them to people!
it will be a different story if it was summer and I want to wear vests and stuff!
I've just emailed ps to go and see him next weekend and see what he says about the recovery time etc
I've set up my fotki account too so hopefully I'll be able to show you all pictures soon, I know I am probably worrying more as I constantly look at them and hold them!!

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
Hey Tracy, I haven't had a re-op, but I will say that it seems to me you'll heal faster now that you know what to expect...also, it seems he's willing to do the local? that's probably some of the reason the ops are hard on us (the GA) so maybe that would be a route you'd like to take? Best of luck hunni!!!

Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
I think the 2nd op should be a lot less sore. Especially as its not putting different implants in, so your skin and muscles won't have to stretch. Sorry to hear you have to go through this again
Re: Feeling down....not been on for ages...
Hi Tracy sorry your feeling bummed out but I feel your pain. I have a double fold and it sound exactly like what you described. I will pm you my pics Tom so you can have a look. Its great you can talk with your dr.
