Feeling so much better today!
I'm 8 days PO now,and feel like I'm finally feeling better. Last night I managed to get a few hours sleeping on my side, which after the initial 2 minutes of muscle pull didn't hurt. And this morning my boobs hardly hurt at all! In fact, they're not even uncomfortable. I'm aware they're there, and the incisions are twinging every now and then....but I don't feel like a hunched old lady today!
Yay,I'd been feeling like the discomfort was never going to end! Good timing too,my hubby had to go back to work today so I'm home with my 2 year old twins alone.
Sorry, bit of a self indulgent ramble

So pleased you are feeling loads better hun. The first week was definitely the hardest for me and I agree, the start of week 2 I suddenly felt able to do things again! It made such a difference to how I felt about everything! :) Glad you are getting some sleep too - lack of sleep and backache was so so hard at first!
Enjoy your new additions hun :) xxxxx

Re: Feeling so much better today!
So glad you're feeling better Spittingfairy: jut as well with the little ones to run round after!
I'm on day 6 and still sore, "stuck on boobs" feeling and quite grumpy, but still feel loads better than I have done all week. Am hoping in the next few days I'm going to start feeling happy that I've done this - I read loads about post op blues, but it doesn't stop you having them I guess.
Are you lifting your twins yet? I've got a 2 year old and it's really hard not lifting her when she's so used to it
xxxx

Re: Feeling so much better today!
Really pleased ur feeling better spittingfairy xxx
cocogirl- I found it hard not cuddling and picking my little girl up ,shes 18months and used to loads of cuddles, I began picking her up after a week as i was advised but only when i had to because i still felt like i would damage my boobies straining, I just played loads of easy games on the floor with her and looked at books with her xxx

Re: Feeling so much better today!
Hah,you must be joking! Good for me? Nope, sadly they're well into the terrible twos and egg each other on to see who can be most naughty...
But yesterday was OK,even though I spent all day on my hands and knees picking mess up I was only a bit sore, and that was mainly my scars.
Still feeling good today, but my left scar is still pretty swollen and not nice in my bra! x
